Cancellation Policy

* DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE *SAME DAY CANCELLATION IS A LOST OF DEPOSIT. ***REMAINING BALANCES ARE TO BE PAID BEFORE your photo shoot. *YOU HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO RESCHEDULE SAME DAY. We prefer not to reschedule, but if rescheduling is needed deposits will be lost. PLEASE BE ON TIME! We understand that things happen, we give so we give a 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, but we do ask that you communicate to us that you will be tardy to your session. LATE POLICY: If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charge a late fee of $50. Our studio time is limited it is imperative that you are on time. AFTER 20 MIN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE.
